Although close to 99% of our customers are satisfied with the product, there may be instances where it doesn't achieve the result you are looking for. At TryRedRover Inc., we are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Therefore, we are more than willing to offer a complimentary 100% refund in such cases.

However, because our product is digital, and to prevent abuse, we have implemented several policies to ensure fairness and maintain a high-quality product for everyone.


What Doesn't Qualify for a Refund

  • Not Following Our Product Instructions: If you are dissatisfied with the product, we will examine your product flow to ensure it was the right and recommended proceses.
  • Timeframe for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. No exceptions.
  • Team Plans: For team accounts, we currently offer only partial refunds for unused credits. This policy is due to the higher costs associated with servicing larger customers.

How To Request a Refund

How Long Do Refunds Take

We will review and respond to refund requests, in accordance with this policy, within 1-3 business days. If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
